YOGA flow with Lenka Mandala Yoga Classes

Do you feel like you want to come back home to your true self? To re-unite with the state of joy and happiness through your body’s wisdom, by observing your emotions and bubbling mind? Let’s start on your mat....

Classes with me are creatively structured in fun sequences, with focus on body experience and alignment ensuring the safety of the practice and, depending on the type of class, they can be also a bit challenging or deeply relaxing. I like to create a space in which you can bring yourself back to your awareness, turn inwards and enjoy the present moment.

I believe that yoga is an amazing way of enhancing the body-mind-spirit connection and bringing balance and flow into life.     

I would like you to feel and experience what I am talking about rather than taking my word for it because it will be your personal journey to yourself on which it will be my honour to hold space for you and guide you.
